Ferrari is one of the world's most prestigious and exciting vehicle manufacturers, who are committed to developing young people. A role as a vehicle technician or parts apprentice, employed in one of our approved dealers or authorised repairers is a fantastic start to your working life. We are looking for young people with an agile and logical mind wishing to combine those skills with a practical approach to working. Starting your career as an apprentice with Ferrari gives you the skills and qualifications to develop your prospects as your aspirations grow.
The Ferrari Apprenticeship Programme is designed to train and develop apprentices in a way that enables them to keep pace with advancing technology and high levels of customer service.
The comprehensive, three-year Programme provides apprentices with an exciting and challenging opportunity to achieve formal qualifications through extensive product training, while in full-time employment.
On completing the course, apprentices will gain an NVQ Level 3, an IMI Technical Certificate, an Advanced Apprenticeship Completion Certificate and Key and Core Skills Certificates relevant to their chosen specialist area.
The Programme for the Service Technician Apprentice lasts 3 years with underpinning knowledge delivered at the Ferrari North Europe training centre in partnership and managed by Babcock Training. Apprentices will also receive specific product knowledge delivered whilst on block training.
The Programme for the Parts Apprentice is a 2 year Programme with a Level 2 Framework being achieved in 14 months and the Level 3 in a further 10 months. The Programme is delivered within the Ferrari dealership allowing apprentices to study and achieve in their own working environment. This is carried out by one to one learning sessions through a regular 8 weekly visit cycle from Babcock Vocational Learning Advisors who observe all evidence opportunities that occur naturally in the workplace.
